”Stay Local” number is a number with a local area code for the country of your choice – directly on your Israeli cellular number. Local numbers are currently available for US (area codes in all cities available!), the UK, Canada, France, Australia and more! Let friends and family call your Israeli cell phone as if it were a local call! Additionally, you can call forward your home number to your ”Stay Local” number and receive all your phone calls as if you were back home! Please note that this service is for calls only, and will not work for SMS.

If you wish to keep your American number at home you can sign up for a Stay Local number. Once you receive the Stay Local number, you can call your provider in America and ask them to call forward your number to the Stay Local number we provide you with. Make sure to do this as close to your date of departure as possible, because once your number has been forwarded all calls made to that number will go to your number in Israel.

Yes, please find basic unlocking instructions here Your phone will not work with our SIM card if it is not properly unlocked prior to coming to Israel. For any questions regarding unlocking your phone, please contact your local service provider at home.

All of our SIM cards come as 3in1 so you just need to pop out the size you need for your phone.

For International Calls: Always Dial using 017 followed directly by the country code - for example, dial the USA as follows: dial 017 then 1(555)555-5555.

For International SMS: Dial the plus + sign then the country code followed by the phone number, for example, SMS the USA dial: +1(555)555-5555, international text are NOT free, you will get charged 0.49 NIS for each text to USA, for other countries you can pay up to 1 NIS for each text.
